Counsel students, by the minute.

Uniway is a free planner for Indian students going abroad for a master's. We are choosing our first counsellors now, and you are invited to apply.

Everyone starts at base camp.

A student has the plan on paper and one question they cannot answer alone.

A short call, by the minute, with someone who knows the route. You answer what they asked.

You are paid for the minutes spoken. Uniway keeps a share, and we tell you the numbers when we write to you.

We call you
We reach out to set up a short onboarding call. We go through your experience, who you work with, your rate and your availability together.

Take short calls
Verified counsellors are booked by the minute and paid for the minutes spoken. Uniway keeps a share of each call, and we will give you the numbers when we write to you.

Be open about who pays you. Tell us every agency, university or recruiter you work with. It is shown on your profile.
Never push a university that pays you.
No guarantees of admission, a visa or any outcome.
No writing essays or SOPs for students. Ask questions, and critique what they wrote.

Uniway is not open to students yet. Counsellors we accept will be among the first people on it.
